Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RankCheck SEO ("RankCheck," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RankCheck SEO website, services, and reports (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and RankCheck SEO. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankCheck SEO provides automated search engine optimization (SEO) audits, keyword ranking analysis, competitor research, and monthly monitoring reports delivered in PDF format. The Service includes:

3. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Current pricing is displayed on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method the applicable fee each billing cycle until you cancel.

First month discount. New customers may be offered a discounted first-month price. After the first month, the subscription automatically renews at the standard monthly rate listed on our pricing page.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged on the same day each month corresponding to your original subscription date.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at rankcheckseo@gmail.com or through the customer portal, if available. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the Service through the end of the current billing period.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change our prices. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of the Service (digital reports delivered immediately after payment), we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered. However, we want you to be satisfied. If you are unhappy with your report and contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

Monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable once charged, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

We aim to deliver paid audit reports within 1–2 business days of purchase and monthly reports on or around the same day each month. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to technical issues, third-party data provider outages, or other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. No Guarantee of SEO Results

RankCheck SEO does not guarantee any specific SEO outcomes, search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business results. Search engine algorithms change constantly, and the effectiveness of any SEO recommendation depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to the competitiveness of your industry, the quality of your content, your website's technical health, and Google's ranking algorithms.

Our reports provide data, analysis, and recommendations based on industry best practices. Implementation and results are your responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and reports provided through the Service are owned by RankCheck SEO or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a report, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our reports without prior written permission.

Any data you provide to us (including your website URL, business information, and competitor URLs) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party tools and data providers, including but not limited to Stripe (for payment processing), search engine APIs, and SEO data providers. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of these third parties where applicable. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that the results of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RANKCHECK SEO, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RankCheck SEO and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately, and we may cancel any active subscriptions without refund.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Oklahoma, at our election.
